Can I extend my rental?

Yes! If you need more time, just reach out before your due date.

I booked the wrong rental period! Can I change it?

Reach out as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. Changes aren't always guaranteed, and early returns are non-refundable, but we're happy to work with you when we can.

Can I return my rental early?

You can return your rental early, although we do not offer any refunds for unused time. We are always happy to help with fit checks or to share resources if a carrier is not comfortable! 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Weare, NH, with flexible scheduling. We will coordinate details after your request is approved.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $13. We ship to the lower 48 (US Only). Rent 3 carriers or more at a time and shipping is free!

Is a credit card required?

Yes, we require a valid credit/debit card on file for all active rentals, per our lending agreement. This helps protect our small business and ensures smooth returns.

Do you clean the carriers?

Yes. All carriers are thoroughly inspected and cleaned between rentals following manufacturer and baby-safe guidelines. You’ll always receive a fresh, ready-to-wear carrier.

What if the carrier doesn’t fit or feels uncomfortable?

We’re here to help! You can message us anytime for fit support, adjustments, or carry suggestions. Many issues are quick fixes.

What if I damage the carrier or my child has a diaper leak?

Life happens! Please let us know right away. Minor wear is expected, but major damage, stains, or excessive smoke exposure may result in replacement costs as outlined in our Terms of Use.

Do you offer in-person meetups?

Yes - when available. We host occasional playgroups, fit checks, or try-on events. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates. Want to host a playgroup or an event? Email us!

Do you have newborn-friendly options?

Yes! Many of our carriers work from birth, including ring slings, woven wraps, meh-dais, and select soft-structured carriers. 

Do you have toddler-friendly options?

Yes! Many of our carriers that work from birth also work through toddlerhood! These include ring slings, woven wraps, meh-dais, and select soft-structured carriers. We’re happy to guide you to the best fit.
