Do you clean the carriers?
Yes. All carriers are thoroughly inspected and cleaned between rentals following manufacturer and baby-safe guidelines. You’ll always receive a fresh, ready-to-wear carrier.
What if the carrier doesn’t fit or feels uncomfortable?
We’re here to help! You can message us anytime for fit support, adjustments, or carry suggestions. Many issues are quick fixes.
What if I damage the carrier or my child has a diaper leak?
Life happens! Please let us know right away. Minor wear is expected, but major damage, stains, or smoke exposure may result in replacement costs as outlined in our Terms of Use.
Do you offer in-person meetups?

Do you have newborn-friendly options?
Yes! Many of our carriers work from birth, including ring slings, woven wraps, meh-dais, and select soft-structured carriers.
